The response by most Christians to either false doctrine or errant practices coming into their own church is, well, no response at all.  Why?  Because they don’t even notice!  The inability of Christians to discern what’s right from what’s wrong — in the church, in the culture, in their own lives — is one of the great flaws of evangelicalism today.  This has led to a weak church, worldly Christians, and a waning country.

In Hour 2 of The Christian Worldview this Saturday, Eric Barger will talk about the greatest deceptions taking place in the American church today like the influence of New Age and post-modern worldviews and what you can do to be informed and push back against these unbiblical trends.  He will also discuss how Christians need to be discerning with the right attitude, motivation, and tone so that our entire existence doesn’t become pointing out the “logs in our brother’s eyes.”
