“You husbands in the same way, live with your wives in an understanding way, as with someone weaker, since she is a woman; and show her honor as a fellow heir of the grace of life, so that your prayers will not be hindered” (1 Peter 3:7).

Just weeks ago, the U.S. Pentagon overturned the 1994 ban on women serving in combat roles in the U.S. Military.  With this recent decision, American daughters and wives will now be eligible to fight in commando units and the “front lines” of war.

But is this a beneficial step of “equality” for women and “progress” for America?  Or, are there circumstances in combat where women fighting is ill-advised?  What is the biblical worldview on women in combat and how would a “no women in combat” position be argued in a country with a “separation of church and state”?

Join us this Saturday morning on The Christian Worldview as we discuss the worldview and ramifications of women in combat … and take your phone calls.
