If a man is known by the friends he keeps, then President Obama’s choice of “Christian” leftist Jim Wallis as his spiritual adviser is very telling.  It actually makes perfect sense as both men are committed socialists.  Wallis is the president of Sojourners, a “Christian” organization dedicated to advancing socialism in the U.S. and abroad under the ruse of “justice and peace.”

Rick Warren, evangelical author and pastor of Saddleback Church, accepted an invitation from President Elect Barack Obama to offer the invocation at his January 20th presidential inauguration.  What’s the big deal?  Well, political and religious liberals are up in arms that Obama would invite an evangelical pastor that is against same-sex marriage, and not to be outdone, theologically conservative Christians can’t understand how Warren could pray for a president who is so pro-abortion and pro-gay rights.  So what say you?  Should Warren have accepted the invitation?  Now that he has accepted, what should he pray?  We’ll bat this around with John Stonestreet and also talk about some worldview issues.

I had never paid much attention to local elections, but I was determined to become a more responsible American citizen.
